Handcrafted, scratch built and ready made scale ship model of CNG in display case

At only 45 cms in length and replication and manufactured to the smallest details indicates that this ship model is of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. This custom range model by Premier Ship Models contains all the design features of the original vessel. Built by master artisans using the best quality materials, this and other models from the custom range section are considered as a piece of art and very good  quality.

The ship is built with the closest attention to detail according to original plans and drawings which shows that Premier Ship Models offer the best quality and expertise of model making. Clients are given the option to request any additional features which would make the ship model a perfectly unique replica. The model comes with an acrylic display case to preserve it from outside influences such as dust.

Initiatives taken by several organizations led to the development of a new category of ships, which are especially used for transporting compressed natural gas under high pressure. These CNG carriers can keep gas and carry it to markets. The CNG ships are still under development and the first ship of this kind to be constructed was approved to be built in 2006. These coselle compressed natural gas ships carry moderate volumes of gas to the distance of up to 2,000 kms.

The coselle system used in these ships is a system for storing high-pressure gas in a coil of a small diameter pipe. The CNG ships have several advantages compared to liquefied natural gas ships such as they are more cost effective, the terminals for CNG ships are more environmental friendly or that they are more energy efficient.
