Ambassador Cruise Line Opens Registration for 2026 UK Ship Visit Program

Ambassador Cruise Line has opened registration for its 2026 Ambassador’s Ship Visit Program, offering UK-based travel trade partners and agents the opportunity to visit its no-fly cruise fleet at ports across the country.

Launched in 2022, the program has hosted several hundred agents aboard Ambassador’s ex-UK fleet of small- to mid-sized ships. The 2026 edition will feature visits to the sister ships Ambience and Ambition, taking place at seven regional UK ports.

According to the cruise line, up to 700 agents are expected to participate across 14 scheduled visit dates—two more opportunities than were available in 2025.

The 1,400-passenger Ambience will be open for visits on May 19, 2026, at the London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury, Essex.

Meanwhile, the 1,200-passenger Ambition will host visits on multiple dates between April and December 2026:

• April 22 – Portsmouth
• May 8; June 4 – Belfast
• May 29; June 15 – Liverpool
• July 1; August 21 – Dundee
• August 26; September 3 – Newcastle
• October 16; November 11 – Bristol
• November 13; December 1 – London Cruise Terminal

During each visit, attending agents will be welcomed by Ambassador’s trade team with refreshments, followed by an overview of the brand, its product offering, and the types of sailings available. The experience will include a guided ship tour and conclude with a four-course lunch showcasing selected dishes from the ships’ specialty restaurants.

Nicola Harper, Head of Distribution at Ambassador Cruise Line, said the company views the program as an important opportunity to engage directly with the trade. She noted that the expanded schedule will allow more agents across the UK to experience the cruise line’s product first-hand.
