This is just a quick email to let you know that I received my Victory 2 model yesterday and I’m pleased with it.

My ship arrived today and I just wanted to send you a brief e-mail to let you both know how pleased I am with the quality and the professional way it was packed to assure it would arrive safely. I know if you check my original order forms you will see that they date back as far as October 19, 2006 and I want you to know that it was well worth the wait and I would do it all over again if you would assure me the very same master model maker would build my next order as well. You both should be very proud of the individuals who work for you behind the scenes where the models are assembled. I am currently building my own new home and I plan to display my new model in a very prominent location and I will be send you photographs so you can see just how proud I am of your workmanship.

I look forward to placing my order for the Mashallah very soon. I promise to stay in touch.

Yes. thank you. I especially like the small detail-turned railings, working rudder and forgive me ‘the loo’. And I took great pleasure in the ‘shape’ (I don’t know the technical word) of the hull. I will show the assembled ship to my neighbour, who has several sailing boat models in his chandlery shop.

Thanks for the opportunity to work with you and Premier Ship Models on Tidewater’s model projects! With one model project complete and another to be delivered in approximately 2 months, I can confidently say that Tidewater has been very satisfied with the Premier products

As with many projects, our time lines have been shortened yet Premier has maintained their quality throughout! I would say the largest challenges in the Chief project were the new customs agent who delayed the Chief model delivery and the carrier who appeared to have dropped a pallet of models causing damage to some of the models.

Throughout the process though Premier has been responsive to Tidewater’s needs, engaged in continual communication throughout the model build process and quickly delivered replacements for damaged models!

All in all, we were very satisfied! Our latest project with Premier is another tugboat model which is scheduled to be given as a gift to our employees (first model went to employees and customers). Tidewater delayed the project for a number of months and once again Premier has come through with a time line which meets our needs.

I look forward to the delivery of the Rebel and hope our paths cross once again! 

We are doing ok , we already won the first regata (Giraglia Rolex Cup). The model was delivered in time, it looks great and we are already considering to make some more. Hope you are too doing well!
